Can I Cancel My Order?
Because we work with real-time order processing to minimize environmental impact, it’s not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.
What If My Product Is Defective?
We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged — we know that’s frustrating. If your product is damaged upon arrival, here’s what happens:

We’ll automatically send you a replacement, free of charge, the first time.

If your replacement also arrives damaged, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase.
📷 Photo or video evidence may be required to verify the issue.
Lost Packages / Returned to Sender
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will first send a new shipment at no extra cost. Only after the second attempt will refunds or other solutions be discussed.
Missed Delivery or Pickup
If your order is delivered to your doorstep or local post office, and you fail to pick it up or accept it:

The package will be returned to the sender automatically

We reserve the right to deduct €15 from your refund to cover handling and return shipping fees

Track Your Order
