We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

Items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached

Original packaging must be undamaged

Products must show no signs of use

Include your order number

If the item is damaged, provide photo or video evidence
If your claim is valid, we’ll cover all costs and send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Important: If your returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.
Trackable Returns Only
Please always ship returns using a Track & Trace code. Without tracking, we cannot refund lost return shipments. If you choose to return an item without tracking, this is at your own risk and cost.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Register Your Return
Contact our customer service team at support@adoradelight.com to initiate your return. You’ll receive all necessary instructions.
Step 2: Package Your Item
Securely package the item, preferably in its original box. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Step 3: Ship the Item
You will receive the return address from our support team via email.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
⚠️ Always contact customer service before returning your order. Returns without prior notice cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Bikinis

Makeup and beauty products

Hair products, wigs, and styling tools
We take health and hygiene seriously and therefore do not accept returns on personal care items once opened or used.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of being placed. After that, they enter processing and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email support@adoradelight.com immediately after placing your order.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened sealed items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items of a personal nature

Products that by nature cannot be returned

Items returned after the 14-day period
Orders with Multiple Sizes or Colors
If your order includes multiple sizes or colors, only the entire set may be returned. Partial returns for such orders are not accepted, as we aim to reduce waste and operate sustainably.
If the wrong item was ordered (e.g., incorrect color due to user error), we cannot accept a return unless the item was similar or unclear in listing.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to:

Receive a store voucher equal to the full purchase amount
The voucher has no expiration and can be used on any product.
