Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Adora Delight and to every distance contract between Adora Delight and the consumer.

Prior to completing a distance contract, these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If not reasonably possible, a digital copy will be offered for download and storage.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these, the most favorable terms for the consumer shall apply in case of conflict.

If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect. Any unclear points will be interpreted “in the spirit” of these Terms.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • Offers are non-binding and subject to change.

  • Product descriptions are accurate and detailed.

  • Images represent products truthfully, but color variations may occur.

  • Clear information is provided regarding price (excluding customs/import tax), delivery, withdrawal rights, and payment methods.

  • Obvious errors in the offer are non-binding.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract becomes effective once the consumer accepts the offer and complies with its terms.

For online purchases, a confirmation email will be sent. Until then, the consumer may cancel.

Adora Delight implements appropriate security measures for data protection and may verify a consumer’s ability to fulfill payment obligations.

The consumer receives key information (withdrawal rights, guarantees, company contact, etc.) at the time of delivery.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receiving the item to withdraw without giving a reason.

Products must be handled carefully and returned in original condition. Notification of withdrawal must be submitted by email or in writing. Returns must be sent within 14 days of notification.

Failure to meet these deadlines renders the purchase final.

Article 7 – Costs in the Event of Withdrawal

Consumers bear the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personal or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Perishable goods

  • Audio/video/media with broken seals

  • Services that have begun with consumer consent

  • Travel, catering, or leisure services with specific dates

Exclusions are only valid if clearly stated before purchase.

Article 9 – Prices

Prices remain fixed during the offer period unless VAT or legal changes occur.

Price fluctuations due to financial markets may apply and will be clearly disclosed.

Errors in pricing are not binding.

No VAT is charged for non-EU shipments; import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

Products conform to the contract and applicable laws.

Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty does not cover misuse, alterations, or negligence.

Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

Delivery is made to the address provided.

Orders are fulfilled within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Delays will be communicated; consumers may cancel if necessary.

Substitute products may be offered with clear notification. These remain eligible for return.

Risk transfers upon delivery to the consumer or designated recipient.

Article 12 – Duration and Termination

  • Open-ended contracts may be canceled at any time with 1-month notice.

  • Fixed-term contracts can be canceled at the end of the term with the same notice.

  • Automatic renewals are not permitted unless stated, and only under specific conditions.

  • Trial subscriptions terminate automatically after the trial ends.

  • Long-term contracts (1+ year) may be canceled anytime after 12 months.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 business days of the cooling-off period.

Consumers must report errors in payment information.

Late payments may result in reasonable charges.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering a defect.

We respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer is informed accordingly.

If no resolution is reached, a dispute will arise.

Submitting a complaint does not suspend payment obligations.

If a complaint is justified, Adora Delight may offer a replacement or repair.

Article 15 – Disputes

These Terms and all contracts are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even for international consumers.
